Here are some frequently asked questions. If you don't find an answer to your question here, please feel free to reach out and I'm happy to help however I can!

How far in advance should we book with you?

My availability is all first come first serve and my schedule tends to fill fairly quick. I would reach out as soon as possible to check and see if your date is open and available.

How far do you travel for weddings / sessions?

I’ll go anywhere for you! I love being able to explore new places and cities with my couples. If your wedding or session is within a 2 hour round trip from Metro Detroit, no extra fees will be applied. If the location is beyond that, I can provide you a custom quote for travel and accommodations.

Do you shoot video?

No I do not, but I've had the pleasure of working alongside some amazing videographers and would happily to make some recommendations!

DO YOU SHOOT FILM?

Yes! Film photogtaphy is now included in my top two packages as well as offered as an add on.

How much film do you shoot on a wedding day?

That all depends on your preference. If you value film photography, then I'll make it a point to capture more of the day on film for you. If film isn't really your prefrance, then I would focus more on digital and sprinkle in some film here and there.

Do you have insurance coverage?

Yes! Che Bella Photography is insured up to $1,000,000 in liability. Make sure to let me know if your venue requires proof of insurance.

Do you charge a booking fee?

Yes. In order to confirm your booking, you must pay a 25% non-refundable retainer of the entire package price.

Do we get sneak peeks?

For sessions, there’s no guarantee, but most likely yes. I try to send a few for you to enjoy while you wait for your entire gallery.

For weddings, absolutely. I will try to send you a wedding day preview within 48-72 hours, depending on if I have multiple weddings in a weekend or I’m traveling. I will keep you in the loop if otherwise.

What is your gallery turn around time?

Sessions can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks, but I usually deliver closer to the former. Wedding delivery is based on the time of year with my busy season, and can range from 8-10 weeks.

How many photos will we receive?

For sessions, you will receive a minimum of 50 images. And for weddings, I estimate roughly 80-100 photos per hour. All images will be fully edited and delivered via a web-based gallery in hi-resolution.
